If you are moving to a new home, you will need to uninstall and reinstall the Sense monitor. This should only be done by an electrician or qualified professional.
Once you have installed the monitor in your new home and brought it online, you will need to reset your data to restart the device detection process. To do this, navigate to Settings > My Home > Sense Monitor and select "Reset Data."
