How to change your username and password

You can change your username and password in the Mobile app and the Web app.

In the web app:

1. After logging in, navigate to Settings by clicking your username in the top-right corner and selecting Settings.
2. Select Account from the left sidebar.
3. After making changes to the email and password fields, be sure to save your changes.
4. Your new login information is now effective both for mobile and Web apps. 

In the mobile app:

1. Tap the Settings icon in the bottom right corner of the app.
2. Tap on Account.
3. Tap on the Email or Password lines to change either.
4. Save your changes.
