If you've received this error during your network connection test:
If your Sense monitor's signal strength is too high, this can cause the unit to be unable to communicate due to the receiver being overloaded.
- A signal strength greater than -30dBm indicates that the router is too close to the Sense unit. If the router or access point is located too close to Sense (within 3-5 feet), it's possible that this could be providing too strong of a signal.
- We recommend moving the router or access point further from the Sense unit to prevent this. After moving the router further from the Sense unit, please re-run the network test to ensure the signal strength is below -30dBm.
