If you've received this error during your network connection test:
This error indicates that the DNS server is unresponsive. This could be caused by a problem at your internet service provider, or a problem with your internet connection. In order to troubleshoot this, we recommend verifying network connectivity from another computer, configuring an alternate DNS server, or rebooting the router.
