At present, Sense is only certified and supported for direct to consumer sales in the United States & Canada. Electrical systems differ significantly between regions, so if you install a Sense outside of our certified regions, we can not guarantee that Sense will operate as advertised.
However, we are working hard to bring Sense to the rest of the world, so if you are a business and interested in partnering with Sense (from any geography) then please contact our International business development team here.
If you have questions about Sense, our support team will assist you to the best of our ability, but if you are contacting us from outside of our certified regions we will be limited in the support we can offer.
